Who We Are

FANMLY is a fan relationship management platform for artists, DJs, promoters, and venues. Our business website is fanmly.io and the application is served at app.fanmly.io. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@fanmly.io.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, phone number, and Instagram handle — when you sign up for a guest list, submit a form, RSVP through a link page, or create an account. We also collect activity data about how you interact with events and artists on the platform, such as guest list signups, form submissions, event check-ins, and, where applicable, comments and direct messages you send to an artist on Instagram.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to manage guest lists and check-ins, to send you updates from the artists and venues you have opted in to hear from, and to help those artists understand and reach their audience. We use aggregated, behavior-based signals to score and organize fan audiences on behalf of the artist you engaged with.

We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. Your information is used only to provide the service to you and to the artist or venue you connected with.

Instagram and Meta Platform Data

When you connect your Instagram account or interact with an artist through Instagram, we may receive information about your public profile and your interactions in accordance with Meta’s platform policies. We only use this data to help artists manage their fan relationships. You can revoke FANMLY’s access at any time in your Instagram settings under Apps and Websites, and you can request deletion of Meta-sourced data at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from the artist or venue you signed up with, sent through FANMLY. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@fanmly.io. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you have an active relationship with an artist on our platform, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time and we will delete it within 30 days (see below).

Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. If you are in California or the EU you have additional rights under the CCPA and GDPR respectively. To delete all of your data, email support@fanmly.io with the subject Data Deletion Request, or follow the steps on our Data Deletion page.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to make the platform work. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell cookie data.

Children’s Privacy

FANMLY is not directed to children under 13, and account holders must be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
